Medical information, including allergies, medications, dietary requirements, existing medical conditions and any disabilities relevant to your participation.

Travel insurance details.

Payment information. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers and we do not store full payment card details.

Photographs and videos taken during the tour.

To confirm and manage your booking, and to arrange accommodation, transport and activities.

To comply with local laws and immigration requirements.

To ensure your health and safety throughout the tour and respond appropriately in medical emergencies.

To communicate with you before, during and after your trip, and to improve our services.

To promote our tours through photographs and videos, where appropriate.

3. Medical information

We understand that medical information is sensitive personal data. We only collect what is necessary to keep you safe during the tour and while taking part in activities such as elephant sanctuary visits, river rafting, quad biking, hiking and trekking, boat trips and other adventure activities included in the itinerary.

Medical information is only shared with tour leaders, activity providers or healthcare professionals where necessary to protect your health or in an emergency.

4. Passport information

Your passport information may be required for hotel check-ins, domestic flights, ferry bookings, transport providers and government or immigration requirements.

Passport details are only shared with trusted suppliers when required to deliver your tour.

5. Photography and social media

During the tour we regularly capture photographs and videos for marketing purposes. These may be used on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, our website, promotional advertisements and future marketing materials.

By joining our tour you acknowledge that photographs or videos may include you. If you do not wish to appear in our marketing content, tell us before the tour begins or speak to your tour leader at any time and we will make reasonable efforts to respect your wishes.

6. Who we share your information with

Hotels and accommodation providers, transport companies, activity providers and local guides.

Medical professionals in emergencies, and government authorities where legally required.

We never sell your personal information.

7. How we store your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information using secure digital systems and restricted access.

Sensitive documents such as passport copies and medical information are only accessible by authorised personnel who need access to provide our services.

8. How long we keep your information

We only keep your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and protect our business interests. When it is no longer required, it is securely deleted.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent where applicable, object to certain processing, and request a copy of the information we hold about you.
